It's a Boy!!

September 7th we found out that we are having a boy!! They tell you to drink 8 glasses of water in 2 hours & no bathroom breaks after the 1st hour...bloated bladder much!! It was the most uncomfortable feeling ever. I felt like my bladder was going to explode. Anyways...We finally go back the technician puts the ultra sound stick on my belly & before she can even look up John's saying "It's a boy!!" lol. I could barely see the screen & the lady shows us the non-arguable evidence. ;) John said that he was pulling a Micheal Jackson with 1 hand on his junk & 1 hand inthe air. Lol. That's my little man, he gets it from his momma. She then went through and measured his head, abdomen, femur & then his whole body. He weighed 10 oz. We then text'd all our friends and called our family. Everyone was so excited to finally know what we were having & they were ready to start spoiling our little boy!!
Even more spoiled then his mom. WTH!!

First Sight...

On July 12th, 2010 we saw our baby for the 1st time it was amazing!!
It was like a little alien in my belly...I was 11 weeks!Seeing you baby is like nothing you have ever experienced before! So many things go through your head...What will they be, what will they look like, will I be a good parent...& most of all you will think about how you want to spoil the crap out of them. John was really excited. You could hear the beat & the baby even did a dance for us. It was so cute. I can't wait to see what else happens with this baby!!

Sailor Baby On Board

On June 1st we found out that we are adding a new addition to the family!! :o) I wanted to wait to surprise John but that didn't go over well. I couldnt keep it to myself for very long so the next day I sent John a pic of the positive test (went to the doc to make sure too). He thought it was a joke. Lol. He kept asking me if I was serious!! 100%. John had sent a pic of the Pregnancy test to his mom & told his Grandma the same day! :o) My mom knew & we waited til my dad got in from Minnesota to tell him!! June 5th was Jenelle & Scott's wedding so we decided to wait until after the wedding to tell the family!! Well my mom & dad knew, so my mom decided to have a dinner on Sunday for the family. So that night Jenelle, Scott, Kenny, Carley, Uncle Dan, Aunt Gloria, Cherith & Nathan came over!! About halfway through the night we were all sitting at the table & John goes "Guess what you guys are going to be an aunt & uncles!!" As soon as John said Aunt Kenny & Jenelle were in tears!! :0) Mys sister goes "I knew it thats why you werent drinking!" I hadnt had a drink at the wedding & so the Best Man spread a rumor I was pregnant the night before of he got in trouble! lol. It was a great night.

I wanted to wait until after the first 12 weeks to tell my friends & the rest of the family. So on July 11th I called my Grand Parents & told them. On July 12th I posted a pic of a stork & John posted a pic of my belly & that is how we let all our friends & the rest of our families!! :) It was a really awesome day. Everyone was so excited for us!!

& thats is just the begining of our very 1st baby adventure!!
